Our story begins with Ed Aeling, who relocated to Escondido after serving in the U.S. Navy. Having previously lived in Vista since 1954, Ed built Aelott on a simple belief: do honest work, treat people right, and always give back to the community that supports you. That mindset continues to define who we are today.
